We market products and services on behalf of its advertising clients and makes its Site available to consumers who are interested in our unique and proprietary performance-based online marketing and technology services (“Consumers”), subject to this Policy and the Site’s terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions”).

2.4 We will use your PII to send you information about us and promotional material from our partners. We may also use your PII to improve our site, technologies and services, for auditing, for statistical analysis, for marketing and promotional purposes.

2.5 Information collected by us may be added to our databases and used for future e-mails, SMS text-messaging, Out Bound Telemarketing (“OTM”) or postal mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, and/or status of programs online. The Consumer agrees to be contacted in any manner as contemplated in this section. Any communication of information is done on an AS IS basis.

2.5.1 Data obtained from you in connection with the SMS service may include your name, address, mobile phone number, mobile phone service provider, and the date, time, and content of your messages. Your mobile service provider’s standard messaging rates will apply to our confirmation SMS and all subsequent SMS correspondence. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Users acknowledge this risk when communicating with the Site.

2.5.2 Should a Consumer choose to discontinue receiving communications from us they can remove their information from our marketing lists. If you remove your information from our marketing lists it will no longer be used by us to send promotional correspondence to you. You can remove your information by sending your request in writing via email to [email protected] by replying with the word “STOP” to the last SMS text message received.

  1. Spyware
    3.1 We believe that Spyware is a threat to consumer privacy and the Consumer’s experience online. Therefore, our employees, agents, partners, affiliates are contractor not permitted to intentionally using Spyware on behalf of us. Spyware refers to any executable software application that is installed on a user’s personal computer and covertly gathers and transmits PII through the user’s Internet connection without the knowledge or consent of the user. Spyware may gather PII, such as e-mail addresses and credit card information, and may even alter personal computer settings. Cookies and web beacons are not considered Spyware.

    4.1 In the course of serving advertisements to this Site, if any, third-party advertisers or ad servers may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser. The use of cookies by such third party advertisers or ad servers is not subject to this Policy, but is subject to their own respective privacy policies.
